The hotel provided a very good breakfast with a variety of options like cereal, fruit, and omelets. The location was great, just a short walk to an outdoor mall and downtown Prattville, Alabama. We were able to easily access attractions like the Centerpoint Church Office, which was nearby.

The first morning, during a shower, I had trouble adjusting the hot water, and burned my hand, protecting my body, on what was about 200 degree water. I had to receive first aid treatment. Then we left the room about 10:am to return about 7pm, and the room was untouched by housekeeping. I complained to the desk that we needed towels and such and also about the hot water burns. They said a "do not disturb" sign was on the door, however, that was for about 30 minutes, prior to 9am, while we had breakfast. They handed all this very poorly.

The hotel is conveniently located near Gulf Shores. It is close to Waffle House and great restaurants, as well as an outdoor mall with shopping and eateries. The staff, particularly the third shift, was extremely courteous and respectful.

The Inn staff were excellent, but Booked.net did not have our reservation confirmed with them even though we had received confirmation for the reservation. They did not have any rooms available at the price quoted by Booked.net, but accomodated us with a better room. Booked.net failed to contact them by phone,but instead had sent them a fax without follow-up to make sure it had been received.

Liked how great the property was and its amiable staff at check-out. The room turned out to be immaculate and exceptional with a very comfortable bed, very nice decor plus beautiful bedding. This hotel met expectations in every way, would recomand.

The location was easy and unbeatable for Prattville, close enough to Montgomery downtown, Prattville on vacation and many stores. The staff was very amiable and top-class, always with a smile on face. Good choice of good food, we really enjoyed it.
